Ingredients
- 300-350 g (12 oz) fresh cucumbers
- ½ tsp salt
- pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar (lemon juice)
- few leaves of fresh dill or parsley
Directions
- Finely chop or grate the cucumbers and season them with salt.
- Add 1 tbsp of vegetable oil and 1 tbsp of vinegar (or lemon juice).
- Season with pepper.
- Add chopped dill and mix.
- Serve with high protein meals like steak, pot roast, meatloaf, barbecue, eggs, bacon, etc.
