Ingredients
- 100 grams (3,5 oz) ground tahini
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil (preferably olive oil)
- 1 tbsp water
- salt to taste
Directions
- Mix the tahini with the lemon juice.
- Add crushed garlic and blend.
- Gradually add olive oil and whisk until it’s well combined.
- Add 1 tbsp water while continuously mixing to adjust the desired consistency.
