Ingredients
- 3 pieces of normal-sized celeriac (can be replaced with celery sticks)
- 2-3 apples
- 1-2 carrots
- 1-2 cups of mayonnaise
- small cluster of grapes
- herbs (dill and or parsley)
- salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: boiled chicken breast
- Optional: few slices of oranges
Directions
- Clean and peel the celeriacs, apples, and carrots and finally grate them.
- Add bite-sized cubes of boiled (or fried) chicken breast.
- Add the grapes.
- Sprinkle all the ingredients with salt and let them rest for 20 minutes.
- Mix them with mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
