Ingredients
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 6 tbsp beef stock
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 1 hard-boiled egg yolk
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a saucepan, melt the butter.
- When the butter has completely melted add 1 tablespoon of flour and let it cook for 1 minute while constantly stirring.
- Thin the sauce with 6 tablespoons of beef stock and let it boil for 5 minutes on low heat.
- Add 1 grated hard-boiled egg yolk and 2 tsp of lemon juice and turn off the stove.
- Blend well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add 1 tablespoon of sour cream
- Serve it with any type of fish, chicken, turkey, broccoli, asparagus, etc.
