Ingredients
- 4 tbsp preferable cooking fat(oil, butter, lard)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp flour
- 5 tbsp chicken stock (can be replaced with any type of stock or even water if necessary)
Directions
- Heat up the preferred cooking fat, add 2 tablespoons of sugar, and let it melt on low heat.
- Thin out this mixture with 2 tablespoons of chicken stock. (or preferred stock/water)
- Mix 1 tablespoon of flour with 3 tablespoons of chicken stock. (or preferred stock/water)
- Pour this flour mixture over the sauce.
- Season with salt.
- Serve it with quince stew, plum stew, apricot stew, steaks, barbecue, etc.
