Ingredients
- 500 g (17,5 oz) biscuits (and for homemade biscuits recipe right here)
- 200 g (2 sticks) butter
- 300 g (10,5 oz) sugar
- 80 ml (3 oz) milk
- 100 g (3,5 oz) cocoa powder
- 100 g (3,5 oz) coconut flakes for the balls
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- For coating
- 100 g (3,5 oz) coconut flakes for coating.
Directions
- Crush the biscuits into a fine powder.
- Cream the butter with sugar and 1 tsp of vanilla extract until it becomes a foamy cream.
- Add coconut flakes and 100 g of cocoa powder over the powdered biscuits and stir until evenly combined.
- Add the milk gradually while stirring.
- Blend the foamy butter cream with powdered biscuits mixture into a play-do like dough.
- Form little chocolate balls and coat them in coconut flakes.
- Refrigerate for 8 h for best taste and texture.
