Almond Pudding


  • 80 grams (3 oz) flour
  • 250 ml (1 cup) milk
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 70 grams (2,4 oz) butter
  • 80 grams (3 oz) sugar
  • 80 grams (3 oz) almonds
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Make a runny dough out of 80 grams of flour and 1 cup of milk. 
  2. In a pot melt the butter with 3 tbsp of milk. 
  3. When the butter is completely melted add the runny dough on top of it and blend well until it smooths out. 
  4. Let it cool off and add 80 grams of sugar, 80 grams of ground almonds,1 tsp of vanilla extract, and 3 whole eggs and blend very well. 
  5. Bake for 20 minutes at 180॰ Celsius / 356॰ Fahrenheit.
  6. Serve it hot or cold with a dollop of whipped cream or ice cream.
