Ingredients
- 80 grams (3 oz) flour
- 250 ml (1 cup) milk
- 3 tbsp milk
- 70 grams (2,4 oz) butter
- 80 grams (3 oz) sugar
- 80 grams (3 oz) almonds
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- Make a runny dough out of 80 grams of flour and 1 cup of milk.
- In a pot melt the butter with 3 tbsp of milk.
- When the butter is completely melted add the runny dough on top of it and blend well until it smooths out.
- Let it cool off and add 80 grams of sugar, 80 grams of ground almonds,1 tsp of vanilla extract, and 3 whole eggs and blend very well.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 180เฅฐ Celsius / 356เฅฐ Fahrenheit.
- Serve it hot or cold with a dollop of whipped cream or ice cream.
