Easy Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe


  • 5-6 mushrooms
  • ≅ 300 g (10 oz) boiled rice
  • 3 tbsp parmesan                                                                            
  • 50 grams (half of stick) of butter
  • 1 tsp more or less vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp preferred herb (parsley / dill/ thyme/ rosemary, etc.)
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stipe. 
  2. Spray the mushrooms with vegetable oil and roast them for 10 minutes in the oven at 180॰ Celsius / 356॰ Fahrenheit. (You can also grill them if roasting option isn’t available)
  3. Fill the mushrooms with boiled rice mixed with parmesan, 50 grams of butter, half tsp of salt, pinch of pepper.
  4. Roast them again for 10 minutes at the same temperature.
  5. Garnish with preferred herbs.
  6. Serve the mushrooms alone as an appetizer or alongside steak, fish, fried chicken, barbecue etc.
