  • 2 black radishes (can be replaced with normal radishes, but black radishes work best)
  • 1 red onion (can be replaced: white onion)
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 endive (can be replaced with salad)
  • 2-3 tsp walnuts
  • 2-3 tsp pine nuts
  • 1 lemon
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Peel off and wash the radishes.
  2. Grate the radishes very finely to stimulate liquid release.
  3. Add 1 finely chopped red onion, 1 chopped endive (salad), walnuts and pine nuts.
  4. Season with olive oil, lemon juice from 1 lemon, salt, and pepper to taste.
  5. Let the salad rest for 15 minutes before serving, so you can collect more juice from the radishes and onion.
  6. Serve.
