Ingredients
- 2 black radishes (can be replaced with normal radishes, but black radishes work best)
- 1 red onion (can be replaced: white onion)
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 endive (can be replaced with salad)
- 2-3 tsp walnuts
- 2-3 tsp pine nuts
- 1 lemon
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Peel off and wash the radishes.
- Grate the radishes very finely to stimulate liquid release.
- Add 1 finely chopped red onion, 1 chopped endive (salad), walnuts and pine nuts.
- Season with olive oil, lemon juice from 1 lemon, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Let the salad rest for 15 minutes before serving, so you can collect more juice from the radishes and onion.
- Serve.
