Ingredients
- 1 carrot
- 1 celeriac
- 1 apple
- 1 parsnip
- 1 turnip
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- I horseradish flavored mustard
- 1-2 tsp parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Wash the vegetables well.
- Peel off their skin.
- Grate the vegetables.
- Add the grated vegetables to a large bowl and season with salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Add mayonnaise and horseradish-flavored mustard and blend with care.
- Serve.
