Tasty Potato and Corn Mix


  • 6 potatoes (approximate weight: 1,5 kg or 3,3 lb)
  • 2 red onions (can be replaced with white onions as well)
  • 1 leek (can be replaced with spring onions or scallions)
  • 100 g (3,5 oz) canned corn
  • 200 g (7 oz) mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Wash and boil the potatoes on their skin for 35 minutes.
  2. Peel the potatoes from their skin, cut them into cubes, and add them in a large bowl.
  3. Wash and clean the onions and the leek.
  4. Finely chop the onions and the leek.
  5. Strain the corn.
  6. Add finely chopped onions, leek, and corn over the potatoes.
  7. Add 200 g of mayonnaise and blend with care.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve.
