Ingredients
- 400 g (14 oz) canned chickpeas
- 400 g (14 oz) canned tuna
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 salad head
- 200 g (7 oz) radishes
- ยฝ tsp thyme
- ยฝ tsp chili powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Wash and strain the canned chickpeas. Strain all the liquid from the tuna as well.
- Add the chickpeas and the tuna to a large bowl and add 1 finely chopped onion.
- Wash, clean, and chop the radishes and add them over the chickpeas, tuna, and onion mixture.
- Wash and portion the salad and add it into the mix.
- Make a vinaigrette out of 3 tbsp of vegetable oil, 2 tbsp of lemon juice, ยฝ tsp of thyme, ยฝ tsp chili powder, salt and pepper.
- Pour the vinaigrette over the salad and blend with care.
- Serve
