Summer on a Plate: The Perfect Pasta Salad Delight


  • 500 g (17,5 oz) pasta
  • 1 bell pepper (can be replaced with fibber pepper as well)
  • 100 g (3,5 oz) canned corn
  • 100 g (3,5 oz) canned peas
  • 100 g (3,5 oz) canned string beans
  • 5 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper


  1. Boil the pasta with a pinch of salt following the instructions written on the package.
  2. Wash and clean the bell pepper then proceed slicing in julienne.
  3. In a large bowl, add the boiled pasta and the sliced bell pepper.
  4. Wash, rinse, and drain the canned corn, peas, and string beans and add them over the pasta.
  5. Add 5 tbsp of vegetable oil and season with 1 tsp of oregano, 1 tsp of rosemary, ½ tsp pepper, and a pinch of salt.
  6. Blend well and serve.
