Ingredients
- 500 g (17,5 oz) pasta
- 1 bell pepper (can be replaced with fibber pepper as well)
- 100 g (3,5 oz) canned corn
- 100 g (3,5 oz) canned peas
- 100 g (3,5 oz) canned string beans
- 5 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Directions
- Boil the pasta with a pinch of salt following the instructions written on the package.
- Wash and clean the bell pepper then proceed slicing in julienne.
- In a large bowl, add the boiled pasta and the sliced bell pepper.
- Wash, rinse, and drain the canned corn, peas, and string beans and add them over the pasta.
- Add 5 tbsp of vegetable oil and season with 1 tsp of oregano, 1 tsp of rosemary, ½ tsp pepper, and a pinch of salt.
- Blend well and serve.
