Ingredients
- 500 g (17,5 oz) chicken breast
- 100 ml (3,5 oz) sour cream
- 1 celeriac (can be replaced with celery sticks as well)
- 1 apple
- 2-3 tsp fresh dill (parsley, rosemary)
- 1 tsp mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Put the chicken breast to boil in salted water (1 tsp – 2 liters) for 35 minutes.
- Let the chicken breast cool off and cut into thin stripes.
- Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper to taste.
- Wash, clean, and peel off the celeriac and the apples.
- Add the celeriac and the apples into a food processor and mash them into a puree.
- Mix the celery and apple puree with the sour cream and 1 tsp of mustard and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix the chicken breast with the celery and apple puree and add freshly cut dill.
- Serve.
