Ingredients
- 4 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- โ tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- ยฝ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp finely chopped chocolate (chocolate chips)
- pinch of salt
Directions
- In a microwave-safe mug, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Add 3 tbsp of milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract and mix well until combined.
- Add finely chopped chocolate, or chocolate chips (brown or white) into the batter and blend.
- Microwave on high for 1,5-2 minutes, or until the mug cake has risen.
- Let it cool off for a minute and optionally add powdered sugar, whipped cream, or ice-cream.
- Serve while warm.
