Ingredients
- 400 g (14 oz) mayonnaise
- 50 g (1,7 oz) ketchup
- 50 g (1,7 oz) horseradish
- 50 m (1,7 oz)l lemon juice
- 25 ml (0,88 oz) cognac
- 30 g (1 oz) sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Clean, peel and finely grate the horseradish and proceed to boil it 1 cup of water with a pinch of salt for 10 minutes.
- Mix the ketchup with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
- Add the liquid from the horseradish over the ketchup mixture and blend it evenly into a cream.
- Mix the ketchup and horseradish blend with mayonnaise.
- Serve it with steamed vegetables, fish or poultry.
