Fried Delights: Chicken Salad Bowl


  • 500 g (17,5 oz) chicken breast
  • 1 ½ tsp of sesame seeds
  • 1 salad
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper (preferably fibber pepper)
  • 5 tbsp vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • lemon juice from half lemon


  1. Portion the chicken breast into thin stripes, season with salt and pepper, and fry them in 3 tbsp of oil until golden.
  2. Add sesame seeds over the chicken strips and blend.
  3. Rip the salad with your hands and add it to a large bowl.
  4. Cut the tomatoes into cubes and add them to the salad.
  5. Chop the bell pepper into julienne and add it over the salad.
  6. Add the sesame-seasoned chicken over the salad.
  7. Season with salt, pepper, juice from half a lemon, and 2 tbsp of vegetable oil and blend.
  8. Serve.
