Ingredients
- 500 g (17,5 oz) chicken breast
- 1 ½ tsp of sesame seeds
- 1 salad
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 bell pepper (preferably fibber pepper)
- 5 tbsp vegetable oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- lemon juice from half lemon
Directions
- Portion the chicken breast into thin stripes, season with salt and pepper, and fry them in 3 tbsp of oil until golden.
- Add sesame seeds over the chicken strips and blend.
- Rip the salad with your hands and add it to a large bowl.
- Cut the tomatoes into cubes and add them to the salad.
- Chop the bell pepper into julienne and add it over the salad.
- Add the sesame-seasoned chicken over the salad.
- Season with salt, pepper, juice from half a lemon, and 2 tbsp of vegetable oil and blend.
- Serve.
