Ingredients
- 1 orange
- 2 apples
- 2 plums
- 2 kiwis
- 2 bananas
- 1 cluster of grapes
- 30 ml of cognac (1 oz)
- 30 ml (1 oz) of Irish whiskey cream
- 1 tbsp rum
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- Whipped cream
- chocolate sauce, vanilla sauce
- sprinkles, cinnamon powder
Directions
- Wash, and peel off the fruits. (except the plums)
- Cut the fruits into bite-sized cubes and add them into a large bowl.
- Make a sauce out of 1 tsp of sugar, 30 ml of cognac, 30 ml of Irish whiskey cream, and 1 tbsp of rum.
- Pour the sauce over the fruits, blend with care, and refrigerate for a few hours.
- Serve the fruit salad cold right from the fridge, topped with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, vanilla sauce, and desired sprinkles.
