Fresh Fruit Salad


  • 1 orange
  • 2 apples
  • 2 plums
  • 2 kiwis
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cluster of grapes
  • 30 ml of cognac (1 oz)
  • 30 ml (1 oz) of Irish whiskey cream
  • 1 tbsp rum
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar
  • Whipped cream
  • chocolate sauce, vanilla sauce
  • sprinkles, cinnamon powder


  1. Wash, and peel off the fruits. (except the plums)
  2. Cut the fruits into bite-sized cubes and add them into a large bowl.
  3. Make a sauce out of 1 tsp of sugar, 30 ml of cognac, 30 ml of Irish whiskey cream, and 1 tbsp of rum.
  4. Pour the sauce over the fruits, blend with care, and refrigerate for a few hours.
  5. Serve the fruit salad cold right from the fridge, topped with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, vanilla sauce, and desired sprinkles.
