Easy Cabbage Patties Recipe

Ingredients

  • 500 grams (17 oz) cabbage
  • 2 onions
  • 500 grams (17 oz) potatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • half tsp of cumin
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Boil the cabbage for 20 minutes, let it cool off, strain it, and finely chop it julienne style.
  2. On top of the sliced cabbage add finely grated potatoes, 2 finely chopped and fried onions, 2 eggs, salt and pepper to taste, and half of tsp of cumin. 
  3. Mix everything into a paste. 
  4. Form little patties and fry them over medium heat.
  5. Serve them alone, as an appetizer, or alongside vegetable saute, fish, chicken, steak, etc.
