Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp finely chopped pickles (dill pickles preferably)
- 1 tbsp chopped capers
- 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley (or dill)
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Mix the mayonnaise with finely chopped pickles, capers, fresh parsley (or dill), mustard, and lemon juice.
- Stir the ingredients until they are well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes before serving.
