Cauliflower Salad

Dive Into Culinary Bliss With a Visually Stunning Cauliflower Salad - A Delightful Medley of Freshness and Variety on Your Plate.

Ingredients

  • 1 piece of cauliflower ( approximate weight: 800 g or 28 oz) 
  • 1 l (34 oz) milk (can be replaced with water or a 1:1 mixture of water and milk – 500 ml water, 500 ml milk)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil (preferably sunflower or canola oil)
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 50 ml (1,7 oz) melted butter
  • 1 tbsp dill
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 garlic clove

Directions

  1. Wash and portion the cauliflower.
  2. Put the cauliflower to boil in 1 liter (34 oz) milk with 1 tsp of salt for 20 minutes. You could also roast the cauliflower if boiled cauliflower is not to your taste.
  3. Mix 2 tbsp of vegetable oil with 1 tbsp of vinegar, 50 ml (1,7 oz) melted butter, salt, pepper, 1 tbsp dill, 1 tbsp of parsley, and 1 crushed garlic, into a sauce.
  4. Strain the cauliflower and garnish it with the freshly made sauce.
  5. Serve it.
