Ingredients
- 500 g (17,5 oz) canned mushrooms
- 250 g (8,8 oz) mayonnaise (vegan mayonnaise)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp dill
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Rinse and drain the canned mushrooms to remove excess liquid.
- Finely shred the mushrooms and add crushed garlic. For quickest and best results use a food processor.
- Season with salt, pepper and dill.
- Mix the mushrooms with mayonnaise.
- Serve.
