Instant Guacamole


  • 2 ripe avocados
  • juice from 1 lime
  • 50 g (1/4 cup) finely chopped red onion
  • 1 small tomato, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • chopped cilantro


  1. Cut the avocados in half, scoop the flesh into a bowl, and mash them with a fork or a potato masher until smooth or chunky, depending on personal preference.
  2. Add lime juice, finely chopped onion, finely diced tomato, and crushed garlic.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Blend everything until well combined into a paste.
