Beet Salad With Plums


  • 200 g (7 oz) dried plums
  • 1 beet (approximate weight: 200 g or 7 oz)
  • 4 tbsp grated mozzarella (can be replaced with grated cheddar, or any semi-hard cheese)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tsp dill
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Wash, clean, and finely chop the onion.
  2. Saute the onion for a few minutes, then proceed to remove them on a clean plate or bowl.
  3. Add grated cheese over the sauteed onions.
  4. Add chopped dried plums.
  5. Grate the beet, mix it with 2 tbsp of sour cream and add this mixture over the salad.
  6. Garnish with salt, pepper and dill.
  7. Blend with care.
  8. Serve.
