Ingredients
- 200 g (7 oz) dried plums
- 1 beet (approximate weight: 200 g or 7 oz)
- 4 tbsp grated mozzarella (can be replaced with grated cheddar, or any semi-hard cheese)
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tsp dill
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Wash, clean, and finely chop the onion.
- Saute the onion for a few minutes, then proceed to remove them on a clean plate or bowl.
- Add grated cheese over the sauteed onions.
- Add chopped dried plums.
- Grate the beet, mix it with 2 tbsp of sour cream and add this mixture over the salad.
- Garnish with salt, pepper and dill.
- Blend with care.
- Serve.
