Ingredients
- 1 kg (2,2 lb) fresh mushrooms
- 1 link of spring onions (can be replaced with 1 white or red onion or with 1 scallion)
- 2-3 tsp dill
- 50 ml (1,7 oz) vegetable oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Wash and clean the mushrooms and put them to boil in salted water for approximately 25 minutes.
- Rinse and drain the mushrooms, cut them in 4, and add them into a large bowl.
- Add chopped spring onions, and freshly cut dill and blend.
- Season with vegetable oil, salt, and pepper to taste and blend again with care.
- Serve it cold after it rests for a few hours in the fridge.
