Ingredients
- 4 avocados (approximate weight: 800 g or 28 oz)
- 1 piece of cabbage (approximate weight 1 kg or 2,2 lb)
- 2 lemons
- 1 celeriac (can be replaced with celery sticks as well)
- 2 green apples
- 2 tomatoes
- 5 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tsp dill
- 200 g feta cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cut the avocado into small pieces and sprinkle it with lemon juice from 1 lemon.
- Finely cut the cabbage julienne and season it with salt.
- Peel the apples and celery and finely grate them.
- Incorporate all the ingredients into a large bowl.
- Cut the feta cheese into cubes and add it to the salad.
- Season the salad with the juice from another lemon, 5 tbsp of vegetable oil, salt and pepper to taste, and 2 tsp of dill.
- Blend with care and serve.
