Avocado and Cabbage Salad


  • 4 avocados (approximate weight: 800 g or 28 oz)
  • 1 piece of cabbage (approximate weight 1 kg or 2,2 lb)
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 celeriac (can be replaced with celery sticks as well)
  • 2 green apples
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 5 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp dill
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Cut the avocado into small pieces and sprinkle it with lemon juice from 1 lemon.
  2. Finely cut the cabbage julienne and season it with salt.
  3. Peel the apples and celery and finely grate them.
  4. Incorporate all the ingredients into a large bowl.
  5. Cut the feta cheese into cubes and add it to the salad.
  6. Season the salad with the juice from another lemon, 5 tbsp of vegetable oil, salt and pepper to taste, and 2 tsp of dill.
  7. Blend with care and serve.
