Savory Mushroom Bliss: Your Ultimate Salad Inspiration


  • 1 kg (2,2 lb) fresh mushrooms
  • 1 link of spring onions (can be replaced with 1 white or red onion or with 1 scallion)
  • 2-3 tsp dill
  • 50 ml (1,7 oz) vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Wash and clean the mushrooms and put them to boil in salted water for approximately 25 minutes.
  2. Rinse and drain the mushrooms, cut them in 4, and add them into a large bowl.
  3. Add chopped spring onions, and freshly cut dill and blend.
  4. Season with vegetable oil, salt, and pepper to taste and blend again with care.
  5. Serve it cold after it rests for a few hours in the fridge.
