Keep It Simple: White Salad

White Salad With a Medley of Cheese, and Prosciutto, Adorned With a Zesty Vinaigrette. A Feast for the Senses.

Ingredients

  • 3-4 tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper (can be replaced with fibber pepper)
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 salad head
  • 100 g (3,5 oz) of feta cheese
  • 50 g (1,7 oz) of gorgonzola
  • 50 g (1,7 oz) of cheddar
  • 50 g (1,7 oz)of parmesan
  • 50 g (1,7 oz) prosciutto crudo (can be replaced with raw-dry ham)
  • 100 g (3,5 oz) olives
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • lemon juice from ½ lemon
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Wash, clean, and chop the vegetables and add them to a large bowl. (tomatoes, bell pepper, cucumbers, salad head)
  2. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes and add it on top of the vegetables.
  3. Grate the cheddar over the salad.
  4. Add the prosciutto.
  5. Add the olives.
  6. Make a vinaigrette from 2 tbsp of vegetable oil, 1 tbsp of vinegar, juice from half of a lemon, and a pinch of salt and pepper, and pour it over the salad.
  7. Mix with care.
  8. Season with grated parmesan.
  9. Serve.
