Ingredients
- 3-4 tomatoes
- 1 bell pepper (can be replaced with fibber pepper)
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 salad head
- 100 g (3,5 oz) of feta cheese
- 50 g (1,7 oz) of gorgonzola
- 50 g (1,7 oz) of cheddar
- 50 g (1,7 oz)of parmesan
- 50 g (1,7 oz) prosciutto crudo (can be replaced with raw-dry ham)
- 100 g (3,5 oz) olives
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- lemon juice from ½ lemon
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Wash, clean, and chop the vegetables and add them to a large bowl. (tomatoes, bell pepper, cucumbers, salad head)
- Cut the feta cheese into small cubes and add it on top of the vegetables.
- Grate the cheddar over the salad.
- Add the prosciutto.
- Add the olives.
- Make a vinaigrette from 2 tbsp of vegetable oil, 1 tbsp of vinegar, juice from half of a lemon, and a pinch of salt and pepper, and pour it over the salad.
- Mix with care.
- Season with grated parmesan.
- Serve.
