Ingredients
- 300 g (10 oz) radishes
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- pinch of salt
- pinch of pepper
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
Directions
- Wash the radishes well and slice them into fine rings.
- Grate or sieve the hard-boiled egg yolks and mix them with 2 tbsp sour cream into a creamy dressing.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add fine slices of hard-boiled egg whites.
- Blend well.
- Serve as it is or with high in protein meals such as steak, stews, pot roast, etc.
