Ocean-Inspired Delight: Tantalizing Surimi Salad Recipe


  • 1 pack of surimi (6 sticks)
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 pimento pepper
  • 1 onion (can be replaced with 1 link of spring onions)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • lemon juice from ½ lemon
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Cut the surimi sticks into small cubes.
  2. Cut the bell pepper, pimento pepper, and onion julienne and fry them in 2 tbsp of vegetable oil for a few minutes on low heat.
  3. Add the chopped surimi over the sauteed vegetables and let it cook until the surimi opens in thin long stripes.
  4. Add crushed garlic and turn off the stove.
  5. Remove the vegetables to a clean bowl, and season with salt, pepper, and juice from half the lemon.
  6. Blend with care and serve.
