Ingredients
- 1 pack of surimi (6 sticks)
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 pimento pepper
- 1 onion (can be replaced with 1 link of spring onions)
- 2 garlic cloves
- lemon juice from ยฝ lemon
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cut the surimi sticks into small cubes.
- Cut the bell pepper, pimento pepper, and onion julienne and fry them in 2 tbsp of vegetable oil for a few minutes on low heat.
- Add the chopped surimi over the sauteed vegetables and let it cook until the surimi opens in thin long stripes.
- Add crushed garlic and turn off the stove.
- Remove the vegetables to a clean bowl, and season with salt, pepper, and juice from half the lemon.
- Blend with care and serve.
