Baked Golden Vanilla Bars, Adorned With Powdered Sugar, White Chocolate Drizzle, and Coconut Flakes. Sweet Perfection in Every Bite.

 Vanilla Bars


  • 220 g (7,7 oz) sugar
  • 240 g (8,4 oz) flour
  • 150 g (5,3 oz) butter
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp salt


  1. In a large bowl, suitable for stove usage, cream the eggs with the sugar until you get a foamy consistency.
  2. Cook the mixture in a water bath on the stove, while blending continuously, until you reach a creamy texture.
  3. Let this cream cool off for 15 minutes at least.
  4. Add 1 tsp of baking powder, butter, 1 tsp of vanilla extract, ½ tsp of salt, and the flour and mix.
  5. Form the vanilla bars and bake them in the preheated oven at 160॰C (320॰F) for 30 minutes
  6. Sprinkle the bars with powdered sugar or melted white chocolate and coconut flakes.
