Ingredients
- 4 boiled eggs
- 1 tbsp anchovy paste
- 50 grams (half of stick) butter
- 2-3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp of chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp of preferred herb (parsley / dill)
Directions
- Cut the boiled eggs in half.
- Make a paste out of the egg yolks by mashing them.
- Add 1 tbsp of anchovy paste, 50 grams of melted and cooled off butter, salt, pepper to taste, and 1 tsp of chili powder. Blend thoroughly.
- Fill the egg whites with the just made paste and place them over a bed of mayonnaise.
- Sprinkle with pepper and your preferred herb.
- Serve as a delightful appetizer.
