Ingredients
- 100 grams (3,5 oz) peanut butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 tsp of minced ginger
- ½ tsp chili powder (flakes)
- 2 tbsp water
- salt to taste
Directions
- Add peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, crushed garlic, minced ginger, and chili powder (flakes) into a bowl and mix until it’s well combined.
- Add 2 tablespoons of water to thin the sauce while continuously mixing.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Serve it alongside grilled meats, grilled vegetables, or barbecue.
