Satay Recipe


  • 100 grams (3,5 oz) peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp of minced ginger
  • ½ tsp chili powder (flakes)
  • 2 tbsp water
  • salt to taste


  1. Add peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, crushed garlic, minced ginger, and chili powder (flakes) into a bowl and mix until it’s well combined.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of water to thin the sauce while continuously mixing.
  3. Season with salt to taste.
  4. Serve it alongside grilled meats, grilled vegetables, or barbecue.
