Ingredients
- 4 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tsp vinegar
- few leaves of fresh parsley or any desired herb
Directions
- Mix the mustard with the vegetable oil and slowly incorporate the vinegar.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or any desired herb. (dill, thyme, rosemary, etc.)
- Serve it with potato salads, steak, fish, barbecue, etc.
