Ingredients
- 200 g (7 oz) baloney
- 500 g (17 oz) potatoes
- 300 g (10 oz) tomatoes
- 200 g (7 oz) bell peppers
- 200 g (10 oz) cucumbers
- 200 g (7 oz) radishes
- 300 g (10 oz) mayonnaise
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
Directions
- Wash and boil the potatoes on their skin for 35 minutes.
- Peel the potatoes from their skin and cut them in the cubes.
- Wash all the vegetables and cut them into cubes, tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumbers, and radishes, and add them over the potatoes.
- Season with salt.
- Mix the mayonnaise with sugar and pour it over the chopped vegetables.
- Add chopped baloney and mix.
- Serve.
