  • 200 g (7 oz) baloney
  • 500 g (17 oz) potatoes
  • 300 g (10 oz) tomatoes
  • 200 g (7 oz) bell peppers
  • 200 g (10 oz) cucumbers
  • 200 g (7 oz) radishes
  • 300 g (10 oz) mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar


  1. Wash and boil the potatoes on their skin for 35 minutes.
  2. Peel the potatoes from their skin and cut them in the cubes.
  3. Wash all the vegetables and cut them into cubes, tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumbers, and radishes, and add them over the potatoes.
  4. Season with salt.
  5. Mix the mayonnaise with sugar and pour it over the chopped vegetables.
  6. Add chopped baloney and mix.
  7. Serve.
