Ingredients
- 2-3 eggplants
- 3-4 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Slice the eggplants into rings.
- Sprinkle them with salt and let them rest and drain off excess liquid for about 20 minutes.
- Coat the eggplants with flour.
- Fry the eggplants on low-medium heat on both sides in 2 tbsp vegetable oil until golden.
- Place the fried eggplants on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
- Make a sauce out of 2 tbsp of mayonnaise, 1 tbsp of sour cream and 2 crushed garlic cloves.
- Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the sauce over the fried eggplants and serve while hot.
