Ingredients
- 1 piece of cabbage (approximate weight: 800 grams or 28 oz)
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil (preferably sunflower or canola)
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp dill (optional)
- 1 tsp of salt
- ยฝ tsp of pepper
Directions
- Wash the cabbage and finely cut it into julienne. You can also use a food processor for the quickest and smoothest results.
- Season the cabbage with salt, pepper, and dill.
- Add 3 tbsp of vegetable oil and 2 tbsp of vinegar and blend.
- Serve it with high-protein meals such as steaks, barbecue, stews, pot roast, etc.
