Ingredients
- 200 g (7 oz) endives
- 100 g (3,5 oz) radishes
- 1 leek (can be replaced with 1 scallion)
- 250 g (8,8 oz) chicken liver (can be replaced with any type of liver or skipped entirely)
- 100 g (3,5 oz) mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Clean the liver very well and put it to boil for 25 minutes in 2 liters of water with 2 tsp of salt.
- Wash, clean, and cut the endives, radishes, and leek.
- Drain the liver, cut it into small pieces, and add it to a large bowl.
- Add the cut vegetables, endives, radishes, and leek (scallion).
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add mayonnaise to the salad and mix with care.
- Serve.
