Ingredients
- 400 g (14 oz) mayonnaise (homemade recommended)
- 3 tsp mustard
- 2 tbsp water (sprinkling water)
- 3 tsp lemon juice
- 5 tsp of pickled cucumbers
- Fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Optional ingredients
- 2 tsp capers
- 2 tsp chives
- 2 pieces of anchovies
- pinch of tarragon
Directions
- Thin the mayonnaise with 2 tbsp of water (preferably sparkling water, but regular water also works).
- Add 3 tsp of lemon juice.
- Add finely chopped pickled cucumbers, and chopped parsley and mix.
- Optional, add finely chopped capers, chives, and 2 pieces of finely chopped anchovies.
- Season with salt, ground pepper and tarragon. (if used).
- Serve it alongside steaks, fish, and turkey.
