Ingredients
- 100 g (3,5oz) black olives
- 100 g (3,5 oz) green olives
- 100 g (3,5 oz) red olives
- 1 red onion (can be replaced with white onion)
- 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- pinch of salt
- pinch of pepper
- pinch of thyme
Directions
- In a large jar add the seedless olives, red, green, and black.
- Add one very finely chopped onion.
- Add the juice from 1 lemon.
- Add 2 tbsp of olive oil.
- Season with a pinch of salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Shake the jar well until the salad is well blended.
- Serve.
