Creamy Steak Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of juice from the steak you are cooking
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tsp flour (half tsp cornstarch)
  • 1 finely grated apple
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • herbs of your choosing (rosemary, thyme, dill, tarragon, etc.)

Directions

  1. Collect the juices from the steak you are preparing.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of sour cream mixed with 1 teaspoon of flour (half tsp cornstarch) and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add one finely grated apple and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Turn off the stove and add desired herbs. 
  6. Serve it with whatever steak you are preparing.
