Ingredients
- 2 pieces of celeriac
- 200g (7 oz) mayonnaise (vegan mayonnaise)
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp dill
Directions
- Wash and clean the celeriac.
- Finely grate the celeriac.
- Add 200 g mayonnaise over the grated celeriac.
- Add crushed garlic and season with salt and pepper to taste. (preferably white pepper)
- Add finely cut dill and blend.
- Serve.
